Orders
received can be delivered same day in Pune and within
3-4 hours anywhere in India, or within 6-8 hours if you
happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday.
Orders must be received at least 3 days in advance for
delivery outside India.
If
you require delivery over the weekend or special arrangements
made, or if you have any other questions, please do
not hesitate to contact us.
For
festive occasions, all orders must reach us 3-4 days
in advance.

I pay through methods other than credit cards?

accept Cheques, Money orders and Demand Drafts (DDs).
The detailed instructions for making such form of payment

cheque/DD must reach us at least 15 days prior to delivery
date. For customers placing orders from Pune(INDIA),
your cheque/DD must reach us at least 3 working days
prior to delivery date.

the orders be fulfilled all the time?

conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of
flowers. Specific colours may not always be available.
In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill
your floral and container requirements. The dimensions
given for arrangements are mere approximations. However,
you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers'
sizes.

certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability,
we reserve the right to substitute your order with another
item which is of equal or higher value. Containers shown
may not always be available as well. In these circumstances,
alternative containers of similar value and style will
